Preparing a hotel or multi-room furniture brief? List each room or area, furniture type, quantity and dimensions, then add your preferred finishes, reference images and delivery location. Separate loose furniture from fitted joinery, and say whether delivery or installation is required. Include access restrictions and your target completion date so the project scope can be reviewed.

For a mixed furniture package, identify each item as a catalogue model or a bespoke piece. Include model names or product-page links for selected loose furniture, and dimensioned drawings for fitted cabinetry. Mark which items are fully specified and which need a proposal.
